Dangers or even assaults are now omnipresent in many field service activities and for people working alone. Using the NeWa app for the Apple Watch®, you can protect your employees in the field by sending an emergency call to the control center in the event of an emergency, which then initiates individually predefined measures.

You can decide for yourself whether a direct alarm is triggered in the event of an acute danger situation, such as an assault, or whether a time window alarm is activated in the event of a potentially dangerous situation, which is only triggered after the time window has expired. In both cases, the emergency call is forwarded directly to our service and control center, which is available around the clock. The employee's location is only recorded if an alarm is triggered.
