About Britta Chiaia
After completing a commercial apprenticeship and a degree in business administration, she gained experience in various industries and business areas with a focus on improving products and business processes. Both in her role as a product manager and in project management, she was responsible for the design and continuous optimisation of processes. Since 2018 in product management at ASC Technologies, her focus has been on speech analytics and artificial intelligence. In particular, she focus on the many opportunities and potentials that arise from the application of these two technologies and the concrete implementation of various use cases on the customer side.
